Return and Refund Policy

At ClariFlow, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Complete with all accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging

Because our product is a personal hygiene and nasal care product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind if the item has been opened, used, unsealed, or removed from its protective packaging, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

All refunds are subject to quality check approval once the returned item has been received and inspected.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The reason for your return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refund Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected as part of our quality check process.

We will check:

- Whether the item is unused and unopened
- Whether the hygiene seal or protective packaging is intact
- Whether all parts and accessories are included
- Whether the product has been damaged, altered, or used
- Whether the return reason matches the condition of the item

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process the refund after we issue it.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

- Opened or used nasal care products
- Products with broken hygiene seals
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items missing parts, accessories, or packaging
- Items damaged by misuse, neglect, incorrect cleaning, or improper handling
- Items returned without prior approval

This does not affect your statutory rights if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can assess it quickly.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns are only accepted where the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved and you would like another item, you may place a new order after your refund has been processed.

We will do our best to help. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may need to follow the return process once the item arrives.
